No sign indicating location. Telephone given was cell phone of owner, and he was in a different country at the time. Had to wait 45 minutes in rain to get in.
The location is very good, a short walk to Market Square and Wawel.
Lack of cleanliness: Floors were dirty, lots of dust under the furniture (even a cigarette under the couch!), the bedroom curtains were non-functional and the living room curtains were non-existent. Also, some type of rennovation/construction going on in the stairwells, which were also messy. Lots of noise: there is a nightclub/bar on the ground floor. It can be very loud. Finally, be careful not to lose your key, there was a sign saying it will cost 200 Euros (!!) to replace. While we did not lose our key, a sign like that should tell you everything you need to know.
The apartment was huge, clean comfortable beds and good kitchen/bathroom facilities. The location was really great, very close to the Main Square/Old Town, which was great for us to explore the city by foot. The staff were super helpful and friendly!
It was a little bit tricky to spot where the apartment was, as there was no signs, and we wouldn't have found it if the host hadn't been outside. But the only real disappointment was that the rooftop spa was not working and it would have been good if we had been told this in advance.
The size of studio was great, location amazing. Room very clean
No instruction on how to find hotel or address, no info provided buiding not signed, no street number and no info on how to get key. Thereis no reception. Some basic crockery, kitchen appliances missing. There were bed bugs and I was covered in bites after two nights.
The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment looks nice in the old city of Krakow.
It wasn't very clean. But it was OK
The hotel was centrally located.
The hotel was not well cared for and the street in front of the hotel was very busy.
Nice location, very responsible hosts who were ready to solve every problem that we had.
It's proximity to the Old City
Room was not ready on time. First room had no window above the door, just an open hole. Not secure, very noisy. Hot Tub had not been working in about a year, same with the sauna - but advertised. Beds were very uncomfortabled - springs were coming through the mattress.
The dirty walls and floors, the advertised jacuzzi on the terrace which was run down and falling apart and we did not use. The lack of air conditioning. Should be listed as a hostel not a hotel.
Location was excellent
I did not like the customer service . Moreover owner of this hotel was rude and seem like he does not care about the guests at all. Time of checking in was exactly at 14 o clock not even 5 min before ( knowing that the room was ready before) and checkiong out before 11 o clock. With my booking I asked for bathroom with bathtub - I got shower and three separate beds!!! I came with my boyfriend and book double bed!! Not even apology for that. Indeed the room was dirty.
Excellent location, right in the centre of everything
Staff have no customer service skills, but do speak good english rooms are very basic, cleanliness is just about adequate, when I opened the kitchen unit I was greeted by a bag of bread rolls which were bright blue with mould, obviously from previous occupants. This place is only suitable for young student types who only want a place to lay their heads after being out on the beer all night, famlies stay away! The morning of check out summed it all up..... Me-" good morning I would like to check out please", owner "so leave me the key".... That was it!! Not even a smile, was your stay enjoyable or goodbye! The only thing this place has going for it location
The location of the apartment was fantastic and great value for the money. I will stay there again.
The appartment was clean and basic and was close to the main square with it shop's, bar's/club's and resteraunt's, with a fantastic Argentine steak reseraunt in the road faceing the enterence to the building. The only down side was the central heating didn't work and I was told that this was down to ongoing refurbishment to the building, as was the case with the hot tub and sauner.Krakow is a beautiful city.
Great location, free wifi and the whole apartment looked bran new.
It looked like the apartment wasnt finished yet, items such as shower and window curtains (!) were still missing, also i wouldn't refer to the kitchen as being fully equipped.
Washing machine, very good location
Hot tub not working even if it was published in add
